Looking to loose fat and gain muscle

Only received half my order. Stopped responding to my emails but still get messages from time-to-time for me to rate their customer service?! The part of my order I did receive, I am starting to question if it's legitimate...I am not experiencing any changes after taking them and the pills came loose in a ziplock bag. Very shady and will not do business with them again and recommend others look elsewhere.
